Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow unites your breath with your body through a variety of poses that are designed to build strength, improve balance in the body, and increase flexibility and range of motion. Explore variations of sun salutations and level 1-2 asanas (postures) in a steady and happy flow with a strong focus on healthy alignment.  Be prepared for a little sweat before savasana. Accessible for all levels, but a foundational base is recommended.
